Is there an upfront website fee?
The service is designed to avoid a large upfront build fee. It is £149 per month with a 12-month minimum agreement. Separate services or advanced functionality are quoted before work begins.
How many pages are included?
The core structure is agreed around the genuine needs of the business rather than an arbitrary allowance. The included pages are confirmed before the agreement starts.
Are hosting and email included?
Yes. Managed hosting, SSL, routine maintenance and an agreed business email arrangement are included while the service remains active.
Can I request changes?
Reasonable minor text and image changes are included. New pages, major rewrites, redesigns and new functionality are quoted separately.
Do I own the website?
Pixel86 owns the website files while the managed service is active. You retain your domain and original brand assets. An outright purchase can be quoted separately.
Does £149 include active SEO?
It includes strong SEO foundations, but not an active monthly campaign. Ongoing SEO packages begin at £250 per month.
What happens after 12 months?
The service continues monthly at £149 with hosting, maintenance and support. It does not automatically reduce to the separate £30 hosting plan.
How long will my managed website take to build?
Timing depends on the agreed pages, how quickly accurate information is supplied and the current project schedule. Pixel86 will give you a realistic timescale before the service begins and keep you updated while the site is being built.
Can I use my existing domain and logo?
Yes. You keep ownership of your domain and original brand assets. Pixel86 can connect an existing domain, use a suitable logo and quote separately for logo improvement if the current artwork needs professional files.
