Clear value, not a vague promise

What you get — and why it helps your business.

Every part of the service has a practical purpose: helping customers understand you, trust you and take the next step.

01

A clear page plan

Discovery, audience questions and a sitemap shaped around your real services.

Why it helps

Customers find the right information quickly and every page has a clear purpose.

02

A custom visual design

Layouts, colours, typography and calls to action created for your business.

Why it helps

You look established and recognisable instead of blending in with template websites.

03

Website copy

Core page content written and edited from accurate information you provide.

Why it helps

Your services are easier to understand and you spend less time explaining the basics.

04

A fast responsive build

Lightweight pages designed for mobile, tablet and desktop from the start.

Why it helps

Visitors get a smooth experience and are less likely to leave before making contact.

05

Useful enquiry routes

Clear calls to action plus contact or quotation forms suited to your workflow.

Why it helps

You receive more useful information with each enquiry and can respond more efficiently.

06

SEO launch foundations

Page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, sitemap and Search Console setup.

Why it helps

Search engines can understand the site properly from launch, ready for future growth.

Built for your customers

Make it easy for the right customer to choose you.

When someone visits your website, they should quickly understand what you offer, whether you can help in their area and why your business is the right choice. We plan the pages around those real customer questions, then guide visitors towards a call, message or useful quotation request.

Your services, audience, locations and preferred enquiry route shape every decision. The result feels true to your business, gives customers confidence and stays easy to use as you grow.

Two professional ways to build

Both routes receive the same attention to design, usability, speed and SEO foundations. The difference is how the project is scoped, paid for and owned.

Managed — £149/month

A complete ongoing website service with hosting, maintenance, support and minor updates included. After the 12-month minimum, it continues monthly at £149.

Bespoke — individually quoted

For larger content structures, advanced quotation journeys, tailored integrations and businesses that want to purchase the finished website outright.

Included in the build

Everything required for a confident launch.

  • Discovery and page planning
  • Custom visual design
  • Mobile, tablet and desktop layouts
  • Website copywriting and editing
  • Contact and quotation forms
  • Search-friendly headings and metadata
  • Internal links and image optimisation
  • Analytics, sitemap and Search Console setup
  • Testing, launch and ongoing support

Mobile performance is designed in — not patched on later.

A mobile website should not feel like a squeezed desktop page. Navigation, spacing, forms, text and calls to action need to work comfortably on a smaller screen.

Pixel86 is moving suitable projects away from heavy page builders and towards lightweight coded websites. Images are prepared properly, scripts are controlled and movement is kept purposeful. The objective is a genuinely quick and stable experience, not a score used as a sales gimmick.

SEO foundations from the first sitemap.

Website design and SEO cannot be separated cleanly. The page structure determines what search engines can understand and which searches each page can realistically target.

Clear URLs, individual page topics, heading hierarchy, internal links, titles, descriptions and crawlable navigation are planned as part of the build. Active SEO remains a separate monthly service because meaningful growth requires continued work after launch.

Helpful before we begin

Everything you may want to ask first.

Clear answers about price, process, ownership, support and what happens next.

How much does a website cost?

Pixel86 offers an ongoing Managed Website service at £149 per month with a 12-month minimum. It continues at £149 per month afterwards. Bespoke Websites are quoted around the pages, content and functionality required, with hosting and maintenance from £30 per month.

How long does a website take?

A straightforward business website may take a few weeks, while a larger bespoke project needs more planning and development. A realistic schedule is agreed before work begins.

Will I be able to request updates?

Yes. Managed clients can request reasonable minor text and image changes as part of the service. Larger additions and new functionality are quoted separately.

Will my website rank on Google immediately?

The website will be crawlable, submitted to Search Console and built with strong SEO foundations. Indexing and rankings are controlled by Google and competitive visibility normally requires ongoing work.

Can you rebuild my existing website?

Yes. Pixel86 can retain useful content and brand elements while rebuilding the design, structure and performance. Redirects are planned for replaced URLs.

Do you work outside Southampton?

Yes. Pixel86 works across Hampshire, the South East and elsewhere in the UK. Meetings and project communication can be handled remotely when a business is further away.

Do you use templates?

The structure and visual direction are created around the business rather than selecting a finished industry template and changing the logo. Reusable technical components may be used where sensible because they improve reliability, but the customer-facing design and content are tailored.

What information will you need from me?

Pixel86 needs accurate details about your services, customers, coverage, process, prices where relevant, team and preferred enquiries. Existing copy, photographs and brand files are useful, but they do not need to be perfectly organised before the first conversation.

Will the website work properly on mobile?

Yes. Mobile layouts are planned from the beginning, including navigation, text size, spacing, forms and calls to action. The aim is a quick, comfortable experience rather than a desktop design simply squeezed onto a smaller screen.
